The staff when we checked in was so friendly and helpful. But the lift is not working and their air conditioning is barely working, it’s not good with this weather. But all the staff are friendly and polite.

Recently refurbished hotel, so rooms and reception are very good. Good size room, large TV, very comfortable bed and a powerful shower - perfect. Staff very polite and helpful as well.

These IHG properties are a good way to go, standard throughout our stay so far and this one was no different. Clean, big room, good bathroom, good parking, a reasonable rate online. Good value….

Absolutely wonderful helpful chatty staff. The bed was so comfortable, the hotel was quiet and situated about 10 mins car ride from the centre. Will definitely go back.
