Harbour Hotel Richmond

Great stay; they looked after us very well, the room was lovely, and we enjoyed the swimming pool and jacuzzi access.

Lovely hotel , excellent spa (wish we have woken up earlier to use it for longer ) , rooms nice and romantic. The only comment our bathroom sinks clearly were blocked could have been maintained better . Other then that we definitley planning to come back x

Really good quality hotel and very friendly staff

there wasn't a plug near a mirror to dry your hair . found it difficult to work the air conditioning properly and when the air conditioning is off there is a humming noise . i do believe there should be a checklist when cleaning the bedroom if there isn't already one as over the course of the week different items were overlooked . Would be better with a lamp on either side of the bed for reading purposes instead of the main lights . That said this is one of the better hotels we have stayed in in London , the Spa is lovely , the positioning is great for a restful break . The bed was super comfy , the wardrobe and drawer space very good and a great shower . Enjoyable stay .
