Comfort Suites Knoxville West - Farragut

The lobby was clean, staff were friendly and inviting. We got checked in with no issue and went to the room. Looked around and everything was in good shape. The beds were soft and comfortable. The front desk agent gave us a map of restaurants that were close by. When we got back from dinner the phone was ringing in our room - it was the front desk confirming everything was alright with our room. I've stayed at MANY Choice hotels, this has never happened...it was nice that someone wanted to make sure my family and I were happy with our accommodations. We went to the pool area for a little while, but the water was ICE cold. I thought an indoor pool would be warm, but it wasn't. Not sure if something was wrong with the pool, but we didn't stay in it for very long. We did have one minor issue - the toilet was running in our bathroom. But I let the desk staff know at check out. Over all, our room was good. If we go back to this area again, we will definitely stay here again!

Clean hotel and breakfast was good. Can't ask for much else!

Friendly staff. Clean property.

When we first checked in I was concerned it was going to be noisy, but it was quiet and did not disturb our sleep. The ac worked well. Breakfast was nice with some protein choices offered along with typical carb filled foods. Location was good. Would stay there again.
