Ashley assisted us at check-in and was very helpful with suggestions for ferry ride to Mackinac Island and deal to leave our car parked at the Days Inn while we were on the island.
The next morning Lisa assisted us in finalizing arrangements for ferry ride and leaving our car at the motel while we were on the Island.
I give both of these gals an A+

Despite negative reviews, we booked an overnight stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, bathrooms are slightly outdated but nothing too serious. Beds were clean and comfortable. Close to everything, shared beach was alright, needs better upkeep. Overall great experience.
