DoubleTree by Hilton Buena Park

Great hotel. Clean clean clean. Lovely attached restaurant w nice menu. Friendly helpful staff close to Aquarium Knotts Berry Farm and Medieval Times. Really CLEAN!!! Really nice pool n hot tub.

Great service. Great place. Will stay again.

The room was clean but the pool area was filthy. It was a holiday weekend so I understand it was busier than normal, however, 2 different staff members strolled around the pool but did not bother to clean up or notify the party making the mess to clean after themselves. They also did not send anyone to clean (I understand there is likely a person who is responsible for this type of clean up). Dirty diapers, food and drink wrappers, and pieces of pool toys laid on the floor around the pool for hours. With that being said, the hotel room itself was clean and cozy. I would stay again and would recommend to others, but for the price per night, families should be able to enjoy all the amenities.

This hotel was amazing! Staff, facilities and atmosphere was great! Clean also. We had to leave early due to my child getting an ear infection but the hotel helped me and adjusted my stay and didn’t charge me. The hotel breakfast at the restaurant was delicious and generous! Only thing I thought was weird was the pool is very deep! The shallow end is small and a weird shape but we made it work. I have one kid who’s still learning to swim. Nothing bad just a note to parents to bring floaties.
