The team at the front desk were extremely helpful, particularly Thalia, who make sure that both the rooms that we had were held until we arrived and we’re on the same floor just a few doors down from each other. This was particularly helpful as we were traveling with children.
The bellman Sherief was invaluable with ensuring not only that our luggage got to the car from our room, in a very busy lobby and elevator, but intervened in an uncomfortable moment with another guest.
I will continue to come back to Crown Plaza Ravenia, when my family comes in town
