Breakfast was great, location was perfect.

Breakfast was all right. Not too many choices but at least you get healthy options. After three days you may NOT want to repeat, though it is a very good breakfast. Maybe if they add a few protein alternatives it'd be more varied. We loved it anyway. The location of the hotel is great. Just 7mins walk to beach! And...even better, there are coffee or food options on the route. And if one wanted to "go around" there is a trolley stop right by the hotel. No brainer. Trolley is free to ride! All and all, this was a pleasing surprise. Rooms were clean and beds were average acceptable. TV options did not offer movie channels (you know, no commercials) and that was a down side. Maybe having at least ONE or Two Channels would be great. Some people don't have those perks at home and look forward for girls to having them. One aspect to make it "cozier" could be having porcelain mugs for coffee. At the small patio.with the water fountain, enjoying a savory coffee, that would top the stay. (Or bring your mug as traveler because hotel has microwave and fridge too!). I'll be back!

All staff,front desk, maintenance, house-keeping, breakfast server,manager VERY accommodating and rectified the below to the best of their abilites. 3 king rooms in 24 hrs: rm 1 dank smell, wet couch, uncomfortable bed. Moved to rm 2 wet couch, no shower curtain, safe not working, carbon monoxide detector not working,we coughed all night, bed uncomfortable. Moved to Rm 3: updated to king supreme room (Mgr removed upgrade fee) very comfortable bed, very noisy (off street),window seal let in air, great bathroom,ocean view.

From check in to check out, everything was spectacular! I’m a firm believer of taking negative reviews with a grain of salt after reading about this property! Great location, great staff and charming spot. Walkable to some great spots for food and entertainment. Thanks for the great visit
