We had a great stay at the Black Bear Inn in Orono, Maine. We loved that it's truly pet-friendly, making it easy to travel with our furry companion. The food was delicious, and the complimentary warm soup served every afternoon was a wonderful and thoughtful treat. The staff was friendly, and our room was clean and comfortable. We would gladly stay here again!

Very clean and rooms were spacious. Full Breakfast in the morning, with items wrapped to go. Tea and fresh soup in the evenings. Would stay again.

The Hotel has been recently renovated and the rooms and common areas are clean and very attractive. The staff was very nice and helpful. They even offer a excellent hot soup at the lobby for guests in the afternoon, different each day. Coming from the cold outside and tired from driving and visiting Acadia, it was most welcomed. In summary, we had a great stay and I would come back to Black Beard the next time I visit Acadia.
