M Social Hotel New York Times Square

Rooms were kept clean by pleasant housekeeping staff. Great location with multiple options for any and everything you want to experience while visiting. Beautiful views of the city. Breakfast was not complimentary but there are lots of places to eat nearby. FYI: Shower has a wand and overhead shower head so make sure you have something to cover your head if you don't want wet hair. Must step entirely inside the shower to turn on the water.

First the staff were very nice and helpful. The location was great. Close to time square and subway station but far enough where it didn’t get crazy. It was a fun atmosphere. A little hectic due to the nba championships, the World Cup and PR day parade but it never got out of hand. The breakfast was good way to start the day make sure you get there early for a good table since the restaurant area is not very big. The views on the balcony were great. The room was a decent size and clean. We did not get the room we paid for it was an accessible room but we were too tired to change it. I will say that the floor got completely wet and slippery due to the layout. I would be very careful if you book that type of room. Bed was comfortable. No coffee or ice bucket. It was nice and quiet during the night. I haven’t seen the smoking charge that everyone talks about so we will see. We were never in the room or smoke, vape so there shouldn’t be one. I would recommend this hotel for couples, friend groups, etc. it was ok for children just not geared towards them.
