Room was clean but maybe needed a bit of renovation. Hotel is great with some great views across London. Staff helpful. Food in the restaurant pretty good also.

We had an exceptional stay! ❤️ It was my birthday, and the team surprised me with a handwritten card, balloons, and a cake in our room — such a thoughtful and lovely gesture!
We were staying with our three-week-old baby, and everyone was incredibly kind, considerate, and accommodating.
A special thank you to Diptea, Romero, and John for going above and beyond and making our stay so memorable. Outstanding hospitality — we can’t wait to return!
