Always a delight to return to the Mencey. Wonderful staff and amenities.
Great place to relax by outdoor pool, which is serene, set within beautiful garden.
Good location with only a few minutes walk to the centre of Santa Cruz.

An all-star hotel in every aspect.

A well presented property with excellent facilities ( just a shame that access to the indoor pool is not available to guests without additional cost).
Restaurant staff were excellent and the food was very good ( although at times over seasoned).
We had a very enjoyable stay despite poor weather.

Great service as always, lovely hotel with great staff. I had a small problem with the air conditioner which was fixed in no time while I was out for dinner. Breakfast was something for everyone and the orange juice is amazing!
