This is the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in my life. I am particular to five star hotels normally but this hotel very special super clean super quiet, rooms, wonderful pillows they even give you a choice of pillows. Breakfast was incredible. The staff was just so accommodating and kind. It was a really wonderful experience from the moment I walked into the moment I left. Thanks everyone who made it that special experience for us

Excellent location close to the train station, lake, shops and restaurants. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Took our dog and they were super helpful. Would definitely stay here again next time I visit Lugano.

The hotel is in a great location, close to everything, including the incline from the train station to the hotel.
The staff is very friendly and the room includes everything you need for a comfortable stay. The included breakfast had a large variety of options to satisfy everyone's taste.
