The Kensington Hotel

We very much enjoyed our stay -- clean room, very helpful and courteous staff, and wonderful ambiance.

We had been planning this trip for several months and were advised by my sister, in no uncertain terms, that The Kensington should be our only and best choice. Her took her advice and could not have been happier. From our reception at the front desk, to our room, to the staff who looked out for our every need during our four day stay in London. Beyond just the hotel, the location was conveniently close to “the tube” station. Travel to the extraordinary museums, from the British Museum to the Maritime Museum in Greenwich was very easy. Our thanks to the Kensington Hotel and its excellent staff

This hotel is lovely. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was very well appointed. The bed and linens were really wonderful. Enjoyed our stay here very much.

We were greeted warmly when we arrived. Our room was well appointed with a bowl of fruit and some chocolates. We had housekeepers in the morning and turned down service in the evenings. As a special surprise the bathroom floor was heated. The towels and bedding were very soft. Unfortunately, a few days after check in our HVAC stopped working and we moved to another room.
