The lady (Jennifer) at the front was not friendly or even greeted me. She needs some training!!
The staff taking care of the hotel was the best I’ve seen in the many years of traveling world wide. Very friendly and eager to accommodate. I was impressed!!

After leaving another property after sleepless nights, I checked into Hampton Inn South. I met Jacky at the front desk, who was awesome. He made sure I had a nicer room than the one I was originally assigned. He was so kind! The stay was delightful--so much so that my fiancé and I extended our stay an extra night. I'd highly recommend this property to anyone exploring Owensboro and looking for an alternative to the downtown district (which is also lovely!).
