The staff was awesome and so nice. If we come back to Chico, we will stay here! Thank you for a nice stay.

This hotel was great and so accomodating. Your front desk agents helped us setup some special (complimentary) amenities for a friend who was getting married that weekend. They assisted with printing things out, and putting a gift basket in her room as a surprise. Really great customer service! and pet friendly!

My stay here was great. The only issue I had was the hours of the restaurant that’s in the hotel. If they open for lunch, that would have been nice.

Everything as far as the Staff, outside areas, the Restaurant were very nice. As far as our room, the toilet was pretty wet all around the base of the toilet and kept leaking, also the shower door was coming off the hinges and would not close properly, we reported it to the front desk!
