The Cairn looks like it is still going for a refurbish but we couldn't tell as our room felt brand new. We were pleasantly surprised that there was nothing to criticize during this trip unlike other hotels. The check in and out were very easy and the cleaning staff helped us out with some extra towels. The Cairn is a great place to stay while visiting the Shakespeare Festival!

This hotel has changed hands and rooms have been updated, and are very nice. The hot tub worked great and was clean and most enjoyed by my husband and I. I do wish that the breakfast would go longer than 9 am. However, the staff did keep some of the breakfast items available for us even though we got there quite late.
