Castle Inn and Suites

This hotel is my go-to when going to Disneyland. It is close to the park, always clean, the staff is nice and friendly. They go beyond to help their customers. Having free parking is also nice since we drive from another state.

The room and stay was fine for what we paid for. I appreciated the upgrade when I mentioned my Expedia gold rewards and that it was my daughter’s birthday. They added some extra magic with a crown and a fairy letter. Beds were comfortable, and we appreciated having the fridge and microwave. It was a bit disappointing that the spa wasn’t working and we couldn’t get water bottles from the vending machines. Location was great as it was reasonable for my 6yo to walk, and it was close to great pizza and CVS for waters and snacks

I first stayed at the Castle Inn & Suites with my family when I was a kid. This time, I decided to take my own family there. The hotel is very nice and kids will love the medieval theme. Parking is free - big plus if you have a car. There isn’t a continental breakfast so plan ahead. Rooms are nice and spacious. The walkways face into the parking lot and are not enclosed. This was the only thing that I found a little scary…on the higher levels, some of the walkways outside the room are uneven (I’m not good with heights). Other than that, we liked the hotel. Staff was incredibly polite, helpful, and professional. If you are going to Disneyland, this is a 2 block walk and is in a great location!

Very nice staff very welcoming. Nice big clean comfy rooms with a fridge and microwave. I will definitely stay here again.
