Fairmont Scottsdale Princess

From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was truly above and beyond. The staff made us feel welcome and went out of their way to ensure we had an incredible stay.(see picture) The resort is absolutely beautiful, with spotless, well-maintained rooms and excellent amenities. One of the biggest perks was the convenient shuttle service to the TPC golf course, which made getting around effortless. We visited over the Fourth of July for Freedom Fest, and it exceeded every expectation. The live concerts, spectacular fireworks, incredible drone show, fun jumpers for families, and the vintage air show made for an unforgettable celebration. This was truly an amazing experience and a bucket-list trip for us. We can’t wait to come back and highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for exceptional service and an unforgettable getaway!

Beautiful property, well maintained... it's just that we had several issues with the elevators not working. And as a wheelchair user, there was no signage to direct you to one that was working.

The breakfasts and the late afternoon snacks were fantastic. This is the first time that the paid food was worse than the free food. At Ironwood, it was an hour and 20 minutes to get our food and the quality was sub-par. At Toro service was quicker but quality was lacking for our breakfast. The hotel, its celebration of the fourth, and maid service was fantastic. Room is nice and amazingly quiet. I might stay there again sometime.

This vacation was literally PERFECT. My only complaint is that housekeeping was a little aggressive on checkout day; checkout is at 11 and they came by twice. Once at 9:30 and absinthe at 10:30. The second time they didn’t knock and I was in the process of getting dressed. I understand the want to clean and get things ready for other guests but I hadn’t checked out and it wasn’t 11. Other than that the staff was great and I will definitely be back!
