8 / 10Doskonały·lip 2026
I was disappointed to get a second floor room with no elevators. As a disabled traveler it was extremely difficult to get my luggage to my room. I received a call near midnight from the office stating my card on file declined and they needed immediate resolution. Unfortunately at the time notified I wasn't able to contact my bank nor resolve the issue with cash or a linked account transfer. I expressed my disappointment that this wasn't already completed at my check in when I would have been able to handle banking correspondence during working hours. However, with all of that said, the front desk did end up working out a solution that was appreciated greatly.
