We went with our 4 month old, and everything was wonderful. The staff set up our room beautifully, and were all so courteous to us. We enjoyed room service, and drinks at Gotham as well as breakfast at Clements. Everything was superb. Stephanie checked us in and was such a warm welcoming face.

The customer service at this hotel was extraordinary! My husband and I enjoyed nearly all the amenities--the bar, room service, spa, salon, and pool--and every single experience was a "worser." The staff made us feel that they were happy to host us and grateful for our stay,
The location is ideal for visiting Central Park, the museums and walking to Broadway shows. The rooms are spacious, with luxurious bathrooms, comfortable beds and complimentary Evian water.
The Peninsula is absolutely superb!!! We will definitely return.
