We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and friendly, always happy to help with anything we needed. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and everything was well looked after. Overall, everything was great and we had a very pleasant experience. We would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Sadly I looked under the foam topper and there were lots of human hair on the top of the bed. I didn't pull it back any further or I wouldn't have got in, house keeping need to start and hoover the main bed.. I felt that there should have been a mattress or topper protector as well as pillow protector.
