Easy to get to and clean. Stayed on the 4th floor and hardly heard any city noise.

The Intercity Hotel is in an excellent location right by the train station. I was in Kiel to take a cruise and the cruise shuttle bus parked beside it and the old town was also in walking distance. The room was comfortable and the breakfast room was great with a very good selection and views of the harbour and the cruise ships. The front staff were exceptionally couteous, friendly and helpful with things like storing my suitcase for a few hours.

Ideal location. Just outside the station. Go to the right where you see McDonalds. Walk down some steps. Hotel on right.
Very quick check in. Staff very polite. Perfect location to visit the city or take a tour of the Kiel estuary.
