Place d'Armes Hotel

We have stayed here several times, amazing hotel and the best location!

This hotel was an absolute dream. The ambiance and service were top tier. It was if I stepped into an old New Orleans movie set. The only thing I could critique is the WiFi and cable. Very shotty and low signal. But other than that I loved it.

I stayed at Place d’Armes over a very busy Fourth of July weekend, and the location was perfect for walking to almost everywhere I wanted to visit in New Orleans. The courtyard made me feel like I had stepped onto another continent, and I loved every bit of it. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the ceiling fan was a game changer I didn’t know I needed. My only negative was the lack of an additional locking mechanism on the door beyond the key card entry. Overall, I would absolutely stay at Place d’Armes again without hesitation.

The room was perfect size for my husband and I. Very neat and clean. It was a bit warm when we first got into the room. Then my husband changed the AC temperature and it was perfect!! Very nice place to stay and loved their courtyard area in back by the pool. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly. Will definitely stay there again.
