The Federal Hotel Downtown Carson City, an Ascend Collection Hotel

the Hotel is very nice, and comfy. All rooms are remodeled. the staff is amazing very friendly and attentive. I give them 100%+

My room was clean, comfortable and appeared recently remodeled with new finishes. The checking staff was quick and friendly. I did not go to the on property restaurant but the location is close to several downtown restaurants. I had an adjoining loud neighbor and only wished there was better acoustics in the separating wall. I would stay here again.

It was easy to find because of the highly placed sign.

I was very impressed with my room. When I walked into the room I saw how clean and welcoming it was. The bathroom was beautiful..with plenty of towels that were a joy to use. The only complaint I would have is my stay was for 2 nights. My second day there it would have been nice if the cleaning staff had went in...not to clean everything but to empty trash..replenish coffee...just to check what the room might need. But other than that I have found my go to getaway place. Beautiful...quiet...comfortable.
