Golden Retreat

Staff fantastic, great location, beautiful room

In the spa, old Thai women, no male massage, I didn't accept massage in these conditions

The hotel is really fantastic. It's a real case of value for money. The location, the breakfast, the staff, the restaurants, the rooms and the overall ambience are really nice. The hotel is incentive enough for me to warrant a second visit to the place. The Zafran restaurant is awesome and two items out of the three items that we'd had, Chicken Patiala and the Blueberry Cheesecake were perhaps the best two items that I'd had in a long, long time.

Nothing. This hotel is just awesome. Considering the price that we paid, I really do not have much to complain about. Excellent place to just laze about and enjoy life.

Breakfast: Exceptional Room: Exceptional Staff (Reception & Banquet): Exceptional

Wifi: Disappointing. Hotels across the country provide wifi for 2 devices (phone & laptop).

Buffet breakfast.

I booked a Delux Executive Room but was given a lower category room. The staff kept insisting I booked the lower category room. Food at Zafrang was cooked the previous day.
