Maritim proArte Hotel Berlin

We stayed four days in the family suite. We were pleasantly surprised to discover that everything in the minibar was free, including sparkling water, orange juice, wine and beer. The location is very well connected to the s-bahn and u-bahn. It was easy to get around. Unfortunately the pillows were old and barely supported your neck. So we did not get as good of a sleep as we could. Would stay here again.

This hotel is in a good location for seeing the museums, taking public transport, etc. The room was very good (if a bit far from the lift which was a walk for me). The aircon was great during the heatwave. Breakfast was excellent. I was also using the pool in the evenings. The only issues I had was that on check in I must have been there at a busy time as I had to wait 20 minutes to check in. Also, this hotel hosts conventions, which is ok, but also weddings apparently and other events with loud music Being on the 2nd floor, I could hear this. I recommend that if you're staying over a weekend, ask for a high floor to be well away from the first floor where these activities take place. But overall, a good experience.

A great place to stay for our first ever visit to Berlin. Excellent location, room and amenities. Good wining and dining facilities within hotel too. Ticks all the boxes!
