With parking on site and a bus stop outside, this was a great place to stay and good value for money. The building is a little tired, but the staff are helpful and the breakfast was excellent. I would stay again as is very convenient for visiting Brighton.

Excellent value for money. Basic and dated but clean. Firm comfortable bed. Bathroom basic but fine, bits of mould here and there but clearly been cleaned properly. Turned up early and left bag with assurance night porter would be told..later night porter knew nothing about me. But we found bag. Breakfast was really great for the proce and lovely man seeving toast and coffee. V pleased overall

"Look it was a hell of lot cheaper than what I could find. I had no problem with the place although I can see why people would have. I wanted somewhere to crash and have a shower. Stayed for four night..."
