Staff was amazing on point helpful and answered any questions I had. The hotel wasn't a great location to restaurants and shopping. The property is a little older needing some refreshing. And also the rooms and AC.

We loved the location and overall vibe, plus the price fit my budget. I missed not having a patio of any kind, but I knew it didn't have one when I booked it. The weather was perfect for sitting outside, so our only option was to sit by the pool while it was open.

A very sweet, charming, and clean property in the heart of Montecito, within walking distance to restaurants and shops on Coast Village Road. And did I say reasonably priced? I was only there for one night. I would definitely stay again. My room was small but very comfortable and super clean. I really appreciated that the design was simple and not kitschy. It felt like a little cottage. Loved it.
