Hampton Inn Oklahoma City-Northwest

Our stay here was fair to average. On the plus side was the breakfast and the gym. The negatives were the slight shabiness of the place (sketchy back carpark, trash around outside, broken door to swimming pool, charging ports in rooms not working). Also, when I booked, the website said there were rollaway beds available, but when asked for at the hotel, they said we could not have one because it was a fire hazard. There was also a notice on the hotel site that said the pool was not available but in fact it was. The power went on and off a few times while we were there including a loud re-set beep at 630am on Sunday morning. There were a lot of roadworks going on in front of the building so it was quite difficult to navigate to the front of the building. I don't think we would stay there again.

The room was clean and well put together and the staff was very friendly

Need serious maintenance cracks floor title in the evelator, broken closet, crack shower tubes, and screws for the holder of body lotion coming out the wall to use to be a good hotel but is lacking maintenance really bad

Easy to get around town good food establishments place was clean knee organized. Staff was excellent.
