Great location, easy walking distance to the square. Snacking staff, good breakfast, spotlessly clean room. Expensive in high season but I’d definitely return

Very clean room. Excellent location for walking around historic downtown Jackson. Many restaurants and shopping! Indoor pool is very small so we didn’t use. Elevator out of service the last evening and morning. Not fun carrying our luggage down three floors of stairs. Breakfast was average, evening cookies were delicious.

We had a fantastic stay at Rockwell Inn. The location is excellent—just a short walk to Jackson Town Square, making it easy to explore the shops, restaurants, and the famous antler arches. The hotel facilities were well maintained, the breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, and parking was easy and convenient. Our child especially loved the complimentary little wolf plush, which became a favorite souvenir from the trip. Overall, this hotel offered great value, a comfortable stay, and an ideal location. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jackson.

Great hotel right next to the downtown area. The rooms were spacious and comfortable.
