Property was perfectly located to the Pitt University Pasquerilla Performing Arts Center where we enjoyed the Motown Show. The staff was very helpful. Checkin was easy. Rooms were very clean. Free breakfast was great, too. Close to Walmart and restaurants. PJ

The room was nice, it was clean there was some wear, but it was a nice clean room. The room had a full-size refrigerator which I was surprised to see. I have stayed here and had chosen to stay there again. It is close to Univ of Pittsburgh Johnstown. Hotels.com stated there was breakfast available, but the property stopped serving breakfast in July 2026 due to a name change. The tv service was good, provided plenty of options but the tv is mounted on a wall and the screen was small so watching from the bed was difficult since the screen size was small. The shower was great with super pressure. It was a good overnight stay.
