The actual hotel is way nicer. The bathrooms are updated. The beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is very nice. Make sure you make a reservation for the hotel and not the "flat particular." Those are private apartments in the same building but they're not maintained by the hotel. I spent 2 bad nights in the flats and then moved to the actual hotel.
It's quick walking distance to multiple shopping centers and restaurants.
