Rabbit Ears is in an excellent location, and the room was very comfortable. The bed was wonderful! The parking lot lights were bright, but you’d never know, as the doorframe was lined with something to keep the light out, so the room stayed dark and sleep was uninterrupted. My room was a river view room, and it was very relaxing to sit and listen to the river while reading on the balcony. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property is located on a very beautiful area and easy to access the river.

The location was IDEAL for our trip. We walked everywhere and the yampa is right next to the property. Our room was great and no issues. We truly enjoyed our stay and would def go there again. Such a cute place.
