Excellent staff. Had a television issue but it was addressed promptly. Nice safe hotel.
8 / 10Doskonały·maj 2026
The hotel was overall a nice well kept facility and the staff were friendly. In fact they were very helpful in mailing back a book that had got misplaced in the room. The only issue we had was that despite reserving a king bed ten months earlier when we arrived they told us we had to have two queens. No other offer of upgrade, refund or explanation was given. Arriving on the day and expecting your choice of room is foolish, but ten months in advance should be enough to reserve a room for a night of your preference. Other than that the hotel was clean and tidy and the breakfast was warm and fresh. So a mainly positive, if not excellent experience.
