Wingate by Wyndham Jackson/Ridgeland

Large room, almost a suite. Floors were clean, and staff was very helpful.

I recently stayed at the hotel and had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The property was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, but what truly made the stay exceptional was the outstanding customer service.  Be sure to ask for Jami . She went completely above and beyond. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for guests truly stood out. She anticipated needs before I even had to ask and handled everything with such warmth and positivity. It’s rare to encounter someone so dedicated and passionate about creating a memorable guest experience.
