Spark by Hilton Dallas Medical District Love Field

Staff was friendly especially when checking in. Mrs. Christina made it very pleasant and welcoming. For the business trip I took was super convenient and continental breakfast did the trick. Rooms were spacious and very clean and quite just what I wanted. The gym was clean and all the machines and equipment worked.

We thought it may be better to move the gate opening mechanism to the middle of the driveway with 2 separate gates so that both sides can operate simultaneously. With the current setup, people who are trying to leave the hotel at the same time someone is arriving, have to wait on the person to use their key before the gate opens since the opening mechanism sits only on one side. Aside from that small inconvenience, everything was great! Thanks for a great stay.

The property was clean. The staff was friendly. The room was spacious. The fridge kept items cold. I enjoyed my stay. I did not like the gated entry because it was aggravating to have to get out of our Uber or Lyft to use our room key to buzz in.

I truly wish I had booked here first. Getting into the parking lot can be a bit tricky, but otherwise, no issues. I would stay here again.
