People say that what you need from a hotel is three things: s ___, shower, and shave. Note that all three have to do with plumbing. While the DuBarry may need a cosmetic glow-up, it offers the BEST SHOWER EVER. Fantastic water pressure, decent shower head, hot water galore. In addition, the staff was so helpful, even going into the closed bar for a bottle of water that I really needed. And breakfast was much better than it had to be. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat, and a hot shower would be my first move after dropping my backpack.
