Finding good hotels in Paris is not easy task! This one surprised me, it was very clean, it looked new and polished, which is not easy to find. The front desk person helped us a bunch, specially setting up our taxi and carrying our luggage down the stairs. I felt very safe.

The hotel looks nice and clean but the room has a musty smell as soon as you go in. The AC died one night but was fixed the following day. It’s probably why our breakfast was free one morning. Staff are great very friendly. We forgot our charger adapter and the person at the desk let me borrow his charger for an hour. Towels were rough. I gave 5 stars because the staff were nice
