Hampton Inn by Hilton Washington Court House

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful.

The room was clean and basic which was fine and easy to check. The free breakfast was good enough and easily accessed. One inconsistency was the unexpected charge increase for our dog as Expedia’s website and the hotel’s charge was different. Staff responded with that it was not their concern as this was booked through Expedia. Still, the hotel was fine.

I was very pleased with our stay here and the friendliness of the staff. They were quite accomodating as well with my extra needs. It's a smaller hotel and very well kept. It actually smelled nice in there too. I did not eat the continental breakfast so I cannot fully rate that but it was included in our stay and they seemed to have the regular breakfast items with it. I would choose this hotel again for sure. The beds weren't too bad either. Some hotel beds are so hard, but these weren't bad. They weren't the best, but honestly they were acceptable.

Room 323 smelled really bad. Don't know if something was in the a/c unit or what but it needs investigated. Smelled like urine. Overall, room was pretty clean.
