Hampton Inn Houston-Brookhollow

Air conditioning we amazing. Staff is well trained and helpful. Fresh baked cookies were the best.

I had a great stay at this Hampton Inn in Houston. The hotel was clean and comfortable. A special thanks to Malak at the front desk for his exceptional kindness and helpfulness. He made check-in easy and provided outstanding customer service throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again!

I thought everything was excellent. Only a few things I didn’t like. The 3rd floor was humid and hot. I had the AC going most of the time we stayed and it never fully cooled off. Then there was a door in our room that just did not open. I assumed that was the closet. where the iron was. I wasn’t able to iron anything because there wasn’t one in there at all. Lastly the 1st day they we had a do not disturb sign but after that they never fixed our bed and brought us towels. Day two they brought towels but didn’t fix our bed. Otherwise honestly a very nice stay. Very clean, the breakfast was very good and the hotel staff was extremely nice. This was the fastest check in I ever had.
