A very nice and well-kept hotel that offers a swimming area, two saunas, and a spa. The hospitality was great. Perfect hotel for our next days at the Gap of Dunloe. No fuss for the parking.

Staff were friendly and tried to be helpful during heatwave. No AC anywhere in this hotel so sleeping was an issue..Felt the room was lacking small things like a face cloth or decent water glasses. The tub shower was dangerously slippery - not good for 2 seniors. Also found it very interesting that the hairdryer and iron were basically bolted down. Never seen that before anywhere.

Check in is very efficient and information for everything is clearly posted. Nice pool, clean and attractive. Within walking distance to some great down town areas with live music, great food and a very safe and welcoming feeling everywhere. Loved Killarney
