Comfort Suites Shenandoah-The Woodlands

Nice place to stay and the pool was open late so the kids could go play and get wore out after a long day

Nice stay

Front desk staff excellent. Issues with key card entry on two different occasions. Staff quick to assist. Bathrooms were very basic, but clean. Good water pressure. Nice basic breakfast. Check in/out was seamless.

Ive been to several hotels and lost faith in hotels in general. This one was different. Every staff member, from check in, to cleaning staff, to check out, was amazingly kind. The breakfast was absolutely delicious: fluffy eggs, that were not rubbery, had flavor. One day was sausage, the other was bacon. Clean, fresh, hot waffle iron with red velvet and regular flavor. Plenty of butter and syrup. Yogurt, boiled eggs, cerral. All kinds of options for a hungry traveler. The coffee was always available and hot. The entry smelled, and looked, clean and amazing. Our room was gorgeous, even if a bit aged. We loved our stay and look forward to staying again.
