Hyatt Place Scottsdale/Old Town

Staff was really helpful. Great value for money

Great location and price

Through our stay the staff was amazing. Joy helped us so much with each and every thing that we came across. Even with a few things in the hotel that couldn’t be controlled, she found the best ways to either solve the problem or compromise for us. 10/10 Give her a raise! The room was very comfortable and came with amenities that made the stay even nicer for an affordable price. For a very chaotic and busy weekend the hotel was a great place to come back to and just relax. The pool was also very nice to go down to and relax. It was very well maintained and came with games as well if you didn’t want to swim. We loved our stay and will definitely be staying here again whenever we’re in Scottsdale once again.

TWe had a great short stay at the Hyatt Place in Scottsdale! The staff at check-in were very friendly and gave us some great recommendations for the area. The location was perfect, close to plenty of great restaurants, nightlife, and everything we wanted to do. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!
