We had a very good stay at this hotel. The staff were very flexible, as the first room we got did not have those in the shower, and they moved us promptly. We had the Fran Segura breakfast which was incredible. Everything else was nice.
It's a bit disappointing that there are no coffee-making facilities And I would recommend that they provide this as standard for a four-star hotel. Also, I suggest that they do something about the "modern" shower facilities in some of the rooms.

A green oasis in the beautiful old part of Elche. Very convenient location. Helpful staff in the reception. Great breakfast, very fresh and good selection. The room had everything we needed. Pool was so nice. We only have two smaller improvements to suggest. That is better lighting in the bathroom. And also more fish and vegetarian options on the menu. Would recommend and come back.
