Breakfast very poor both days
Closed the outside seating area (30d) and restaurant for a private party, they should think about the people staying in hotel o they did not.
Check out, come down stairs to reception you could not move for people and also outside on pavement.
+ Room was excellent plus the Bar staff was excellent.

Beautiful room with extremely comfortable bed. Great location near a park with nice views and could not be more centrally location for walkabouts of the city, which is very attractive.

I have stayed here many times so I know what to expect. It is everything you want a stay away, I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else when I visit my daughter in Cheltenham.

One of the nicest places I have stayed in, exceptionally clean, perfect location, comfy and as a birthday treat, pure excellence. Thank you for making our weekend perfect.
