The room was lovely, the proximity to restaurants and shopping was so convenient!

Our experience was really good. It was our 1st stay here. We chose to stay here for Red,White and Kaboom on July 3rd.
The people that stood out for service was (in chronological order) Johnnie from the Valet, Nini from the front desk, Carl from the Terrace Grille bar and Anginette from Customer Care, due to a billing issue.
The rooms were nice and clean,as was the hotel itself. It's a very walkable area too. If there was any negative, the area is downtown and can be a little noisy. However, it calms down and gets quiet.
F.Y.I.- monitor your credit card, since mistakes can happen. Though Angiette was wonderful and took care of it quickly.
