Great location, rustic but feeling super clean, comfortable bed, great city view, walking distance to the millennium park and pretty much everywhere. Helpful and friendly staffs. Definitely will come back!

I liked the attention to us. Offering water bottles, wine, and snacks. I appreciate the staff holding onto our luggage while we waited to be checked in. This made it possible to enjoy the city longer. My only suggestion would be to walk guests over to the bar/restaurant area and introduce them to the staff.
