As a point for improvement, it would be helpful to have a designated spot at the front desk for items left behind in the rooms. I ran into some difficulty because the receptionist refused to check if my iPhone charger—which I had forgotten in the room the previous night—was still there. I left my phone number so they could get in touch, but they never sent a message or called to provide an update.

Very old property. Lot full of construction trucks and workers loitering late into the evening. Promised hot breakfast was just toast.
