Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Columbus by IHG

Rooms and pool area were clean and maintained. Breakfast offered a wide variety of items. Staff at breakfast was friendly and willing to carry food for families and kept tables clean.

Melody was the host who checked us in last night. She was so kind and accommodating. The room was clean and beds were so comfortable I wanted to call down and see about checking out late so I could fall back to sleep… but I didn’t. We have stayed at this property before and always an excellent experience!

Check in was quick. Parking was right in front and easy. This was just a quick overnight stay but everything was nice.

We only stayed one night. We enjoyed the quiet. We enjoyed a generous breakfast. We were disappointed by the failure of the so-called "Smart TV" to function in any way like an Smart TV we've ever used, but we found what we wanted on our computers, so just used those instead of the TV. One thing we would like to tell every commercial space we've been in on this month-long trip: You could save a lot of money if you would allow the temperature to rise to a perfectly comfortable 76 or 78 degrees. Money is wasted when it's too cold to sit for breakfast without a sweatshirt or a big sweater.
