Extended Stay America Suites Orlando Conv Ctr 6443 Westwood

Staff are friendly, had a lake checkout and staff had no issues checking us in. Checkout was super easy as well.

There was a smell that permeated the whole 3rd floor where I was staying, but thankfully I couldn't smell it from my room. The sofa bed was a little ragged but I didn't expect it to be like a regular bed. It was pretty excellent to be able to ask for amenities like a toaster, plates, mugs, and utensils - and those were in pretty good condition. We read in the common room each day and were the only ones in there each time. The breakfast was very basic with prepackaged food, but it was something and the tea was Bigelow! The staff was really sweet and made me feel at home. I rented there because of the lower cost and got exactly what I expected!

Very basic hotel, at this time the coffee machine was not working and they did not have breakfast snacks as was noted in the information. So just basic services.

The size of the room is very good and I like the fact that those a big fridge. I like the bed it was comfortable. However, the place was dirty. The toilet was dirty when I arrived and they don’t move the furniture so there’s actual dust in garbage behind the night table and the couch. Everything‘s sworn out having said that it’s close to the Orlando conference centre and it was quiet. So overall, I was OK but they really should do a better cleaning job. I was there for four nights and they don’t cleaning between nights.
